In these one-day workshops we will explore the relationships of intention, imagination and action - and the resulting evolving freedom and choices in your movement and thinking.

Optimal Moves for Musicians : A Workshop for Musicians & Music Educators

Sat and Sun, October 23 & 24, 2010 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Berkeley, CA 

This workshop will offer practical tools to help you prevent and recover from injury, gain efficiency while performing - thus improving your performance.

Fee: $200.00 ($100 each day) ($50 discount if registered by October 9, 2010 for both days)

"Neurological Conditions Series: Stroke and Dystonia"

Sat & Sun, February 27 & 28, 2010 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Berkeley, California

Mary will present both ATM and FI themes useful in approaching students of this kind. You will have the opportunity to dialogue directly about the challenges you face when working with people who've been affected by stroke, dystonia, RSI or TOS and associated neurological changes. The training will include ATM, FI mentoring, discussion, and case presentation. If you have a case you'd like to present please contact Mary at least 1 week prior to the workshop.
